What if the person that resides at the home recently redid the roof without a permit... code compliance has now issued a violation after the fact.. but, the person that lives at the home and did the renovations is NOT the owner.. but the actual 100% ownership died years ago? How would this dilemma unfold?

Responding to the violation is a must, the city tack on fees, late fees and eventually mark the property as substandard.

Its a very corrupt and old system LA need to reform their system and make it more friendly with home owners and landlords because the are going to loose alto of investors
