I believe it is the same concrete the UK uses for buildings. The first layer is bricks, with insulation in the middle and a thin layer (about 4 inches of concrete) like the one in your video. In one of the videos that I watched, they even used a handsaw to cut the concrete.

We build houses from these types of bricks in Europe. Most known is YTONG. Not only it's easy to work with it, it has pretty good heat insulation properties.

Might have been faster to do the column wraps with wood but wanted to try these out and we don’t have to worry about waterproofing all the way around it

Why miter the bar top waterfall vs folding them? Im doing similar bar. Was it just a board length issue? Trying to fold TREX facia and it keeps cracking/melting.

With the other end of the fold running into a miter it’s really difficult to get everything to line up seamlessly so for that application we decided to miter it. Try heating it for longer til it bends under its own weight

@@Ultra77737 That’s not what it is intended for. He mentioned manufacturer and product, go read the specs. In right applications it is a huge improvement over current alternatives.
