Any thoughts on how to do electrical work and whether to do 110v or 220v if your buyers are going to be foreigners? Is it possible to do both, ive heard that can be very very expensive?

Yes it's possible to do both 220V and 110V power system. Not really expensive, 220V to 110v transformer cost from 15,000 GHS up depending on the capacity. I'm an electrician and I've done 220V and 110V power system for clients in Cape Coast, Accra, Tema and Kumasi.

I already have the house built... Whatever was drawn in the building plan was not exactly the same.. Meaning, i had a lot of changes change, and plenty additions.... Now i am looking to get someone to come to site, take a look and do an accurate exterior only rendition for the house.
