I really like the Monday's with Miah idea and I learned a lot about fencing today. My husband usually tackles these projects around our farm, but... I definitely could use one of those wire mending tools when using our scrap wire for small temporary trellises... So THANK YOU for the tip! I think you both do very well on your videos and editing and you needn't worry about whether or not you ramble on... It's all great info! If it wasn't I would have turned it off and moved on another... But, I stuck around for the whole thing! May the 2 of you and your sweet family always be encouraged and blessed the way you've blessed me, my family and so many others. Ya'll continue to be an inspiration every day! =D

Growing up on a farm, we used hog panels. They are just like cattle panels, except the bottom foot of paneling is tighter and is buried under the ground so the pigs can't burrow out. They are also sturdier than the welded wire fence that you use so the hogs can scratch themselves. Our current pig resident is secure with galvenized hog panels. He is around 750-800lbs. He rubs against it everyday and it is really secure. We bought ours at the local Ag store.

Great video. I would suggest one thing, especially for people that don't have some of the tools already. Look for "fencing pliers" next time you are in the farm or home store. That's all we used for fences growing up. It replaces all of your pliers and some of your twisting tools. Plus if you need to remove a staple that is in deep you can put the point in under the staple and drive the point under it with a hammer.
