I have no creative imagination. I live in a box. I always live in boxes. It's sad.

Same. I’ll sometimes spruce things up a tad and add stairs to the roof 💀

If you guys didn't know you can actually build walls and trap in the wolf spiders in the cave under the tree. They sometimes will break the walls but you get days of spider freedom and can rebuild them as necessarily. Also just putting a door leading to your staircases tends to stop most animals from actually getting in just remember to close the door behind you. Or another option is to make a ladder or trampoline leading to a small "landing" so you can enter your base. This game is very forgiving on not needing much structural support and can have a lot of free floating stuff not touching the ground

nms has a really gimmicky building system imo, to make some cool bases 80% of the time you’ll need to do some glitches

This helped me realize that I prioritize function over aesthetic…. My friends and I are trying to build a home on the pond and now I am ashamed of the octagonal monstrosity I have made. 😅 Cuz all I was thinking about was the convenance of the chests being close enough to the crafting bench, having all of the machines being close enough to pull from the chests as well, etc.
@AstroNerdGames9 ай бұрын
Oh my goodness. That is hillarious! But functionality is good too! The biggest challenge is trying to make it functional and aesthetic lol.

Tip for tree houses: you can block the infected wolf spider off with clay or walls
@SylarGrimm9 ай бұрын
My wolf spiders are magic and like to teleport through walls.

I agree with sylar. For some reason that method doesn't work with me either. Such a shame lol.
@doublewoofwoof9 ай бұрын
@@AstroNerdGames I think it may be when you go far from the oak tree as the builds stop rendering. Although if you only come back home at daytime you should at least be able to avoid the infected one which is the only one that's really problematic

Ya move way to much, how we supposed to see what you built - plus a little sea sick from it. Try to pause for like 5 seconds at each new building or structure you show off.

Spiders are an issue? Maybe build a barrier fence and a gate to your stairway? For someone who is giving tips you seem like you need some yourself...
