@@BrightandClara as a contrarian viewpoint: you are buying virgin land and destroying forests to build homes and you are expecting to have access roads already made? If town and planning were really strict, most of these buildings will not be allowed on virgin land (green belt) just like you have in most western countries. So count your blessings.

The roof is a metal roofing sheet. It's a hidden roof with rain gutters all around.
