Original chromadek sheets are pricey but you use less timber. Tiles require a lot of Timber. Those 2 combined you will realise that the price would be more or less the same or the IBR combination is pricier. Only if you buy original chromadek sheets chaiwo chaiwo coz l know kwane ana museyamwa hobho with lbr but quality is questionable
