I own a sub and bagel shop and to my employees the 1st thing I tell them as they come onboard is "We need to be the Chik-fil- A of sub shops guys!" I admire the reputation they have and look forward to learning and growing both my business and staff following examples such as theirs!

Truett Cathy to the current CEO, Dan Cathy and they are CONSISTENT in doing business. Their corporate value is the exact same, as it was in 1982. Several leaders have quoted it verbatim, as it is engrained in the culture. CFA is one of the best in business!
