Amazing job! So helpful!!. I wonder whether the package (the preprocessing and run functions) is suitable for proteomics + clinical data variables to come up to a descriptive model for 2 conditions. Thanksss

sir, fb ratio can directly go for pre_process (scale and center) or first its normalized by log transformed then pre_process
