Love the progress so far. No, you can never have enough plugs; when we built our house we went way over code in the basement and we could still use more. You’re going to have a great workspace, can’t wait to see an upgraded vacuum system making short work of those interiors! Thanks for sharing!

Wow it’s coming along great you won’t know yourself with all of that amazing space……. Have you looked into putting a solar panel system in on your roof you could be offsetting your electric bill and making some extra income for sending electricity back to the grid just a thought. so looking forward to seeing the finished result it’s awesome well deserved you have worked hard for it… watching from the uk 🤗…. 🇬🇧

240v outlet next to the pressure washer would be great for a HOTSY hot water system. Used to spray the Line-X on their big tanks for them in Ontario, good guys.

Hey Mitch, have you considered a lift that you drive onto and raises car from its wheels, even lifting it a couple feet would be worth saving your back and knees. They're really reasonably priced. Just curious my friend. Jay.👍👍

There's never an "above and beyond" when it comes to electrical. Always plan for needing more outlets in the future, so you hopefully won't have to tear apart walls and insulation to pull new cables. Ask anyone who bought a pre-1980's home, we are doing mini-renovations now to add outlets!

One thing you might want to check into is outlets with USB-A and USB-C charging connectors built in. I installed some of those in my house in key places and I love them.

The build is really coming along nicely. The one power related item I have not heard you mention is a car charging station. If you don't want to invest in the hardware now, I would run a 220 power line during rough-in before drywall is installed.
