Billy please use ear defenders when using a breaker. My son uses a breaker in his work and the idiot doesn’t use them. His hearing is now starting to deteriorate. I can’t believe the work you’ve done it’s amazing. Every time I see the exterior I love it more. Can’t wait for next week.

Yep alot of people will be too ignorant to wear PPE in a working environment, but you're 100% correct. Ear defenders are 110% needed for that job, as was safety glasses. He did wear safety boots and gloves, to protect his feet and hands. But no ear defenders or glasses to protect his ears and eyes. No point half arsing things when it comes to work safety. Infact he should have also had a dust mask on too.

I immediately went to make a similar comment but found yours instead. I've also noticed a lot of the guys working outside aren't using them when using strimmers etc. Anything running a little 2 stroke motor makes a hell of a racket. They should all be wearing them for any noisy work.

I love how you clean as you go. It makes so much sense and I just think after the demo if I had all the cleanup to do I would be discouraged. By doing it the way you do it, when you’re exhausted, you’re done and you’re cleaned of rubble.

I like it that Billy actually uses the Eco-Flow that was gifted to him. So many other channels receive gifts or sponsorships but never use the items again on the channel. When I’m ready for a portable battery, I certainly know what brand I’m going with.

Have you considered using a Thermal Imaging Camera on the walls and floors? Many home inspectors and contractors use them. Not just to find hot spots or water leaks. They find old door and window openings in the walls. Maybe a secret door or safe! What fun.

one option for the kitchen is to build a professional kitchen and rent it out to local caterers, my church did that and has 4 companies using our kitchen during the week. They get a good kitchen without having the expenses of building or buying one and we get the rent that helps our church,

No one can ever accuse you of not working hard. My goodness, that fireplace was a lot of work! And the new flooring in the office area is really going to transform everything, a glimpse of the future. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the rest of those walls. It'd be really cool to have Michael paint a mural in that space, but I'm sure you have plans.

Loved this ! Reminded me that way back in the early 80's my husband & I bought a big 'fixer upper' with everything boxed in & painted over which we restored ourselves. Long story short, we discovered two matching pink marble fireplaces in the reception area, it was so exciting. You are flawlessly methodical, talented & tidy- us...not so much! My husband always admired 'gumption' in folk and you are a man with gumption Billy, I salute you!

In America we refer to a kitchen type area in a work space as the Lunchroom. You can't cook a full meal in it but you can heat up your lunch while you're working. I think you should have Michael design signs or name plates for the doors and have one made for the Lunchroom as well. You may as well make it a proper office setting. And how much fun is it going to be when everybody's down there working and having lunch together in the Lunchroom.

The old kitchen fireplace is just stunning. I can't understand why anyone would block it up like that. At least you have hooks to hang kitchen equipment from. Well done for wearing all the ppe. Loved the safety gear sequence... But where’s the MASK, Billy? You have heard of things like black lung disease, hmmm? It’s sneaky. Before you know it you will be in your mid 60’s and having to cart around an oxygen tank everywhere. (Like my dad and his dad before him.)
