When I did it I built nearly every part by myself. It was a lot of work, but I couldn't find these parts drawn. I used schematics in the data sheet to build 3D models. The only part I didn't do is the Emergency button. The rest was lots of hours of work. Thanks!

@MrtCesco93 I used SolidWorks 2009. The source files of the project I don't give to anyone, but if you want you can ask me whatever you want :) I built this machine after making the design with SW and works like a charm! I've got a couple videos of it. Must admit that are very old and now it works much better and faster! When I have time I want to do some cool renders. If you want, I can send you some :)

@baccus61 I sorry to tell you the version of SW I used wasn't bought. When I developed this project I still wasn't enrolled with a university, so I couldn't get educational version. Although this project has been for educational purposes and I didn't make money of it. If one day I will use it for commercial purposes, I would buy it. And I would recommend everyone to do it. I know what costs to do a program. I'll post a video of the machine working soon :) Thanks for commenting!

@TexasSting007 Sorry for not having answered sooner. The cost is difficult to calculate because some parts I already had (plastic parts). The rest, I think about 2000€. The cost of electronics (including computer) was about 700€. It's working very well :)

I notice you used common and very popular extruded aluminum t-slot materials. when working with solid works, are you importing the pieces such as the t nuts and just mating thing in solid works where you want them? also, how about the actual extrusions themselvs, are you importing them, or making them in solid works? (extruding them from a sketch) Thanks!
