@@Korewaa-GhBizGirl: Is that right? Sorry oo. Mine felt strong but it can also be that I was sitting directly under the fan. You can get your AC at ElectronicLand Ghana Limited (phone # [phone]). It's a wholesale warehouse where all the stores get their electronics. You'll need to have an account to shop there. Most of the AC installer's/repairers have accounts but I think anyone can open an account. I will upload a video about it when time permits.

@@Korewaa-GhBizGirl I agree with Jay. That's the reason why fans are not put in kitchens. The best thing you should have done was put in vents to suck the heat out while you cook. many built-in microwaves come with vents underneath. That may also help. Also, how about a box fan to place at the kitchen window when cooking to suck the hot air out. Just suggestions.

It's good that you had very good electricians & POP plasters the young ones are creative and the best 👌 I had go thru 3 sets of plumbers and 4 electricians to finish my project. I have kept their nos & will recommend them.

Excellent work done all around. I like the retractable fan light. I had never seen any in the States for the 30 years I lived there, until I moved to Ghana. I also used retractable fan lights for all the bedrooms in my dream house. My only issue is that these fans are not powerful. However, I have air conditioners in all the rooms.

Yes I agree the retractable fans are not designed for larger rooms. I was forced to buy a standing fan a couple of days ago😒 because I haven't installed my ac's yet 🙂

Beautiful home! One concern, fans in the kitchen are against code in my area due to fire hazzards. Fire need oxygen and fans provide it especially if the fan is close to the stove. You have done a great job and I wish you happiness in your new home!

Great cuz we need more details about everything I mean everything. My PoP ceiling is a mess I need a different POP guy to fix the mess. I might try Moses has you recommended. Done ✅ with screeding shopping for tiles now I haven’t got the kind of tile I want in Ghana yet. Please where did you get the ceiling light from. This is a beautiful mansion . You complained in your previous video that life in the West was so terrible but made sure to come back and build a mansion filled with Western amenities, taking advantage of Western money and high exchange rate ! Korewaa please can you recommend Plumber. Ours was done completely All wrong. Home is in East Leon Rawlins Junction NTHC Estate. Also did you get your kitchen done in ghana or imported the cabinets. I do 90% entertaining of guest in kitchen area than livingroom sp kitchen is my Number1 priority, and im yet to find folks in ghana who can do it the way I imagine.
