Another great build video. My guess for the special delivery is a large CNC machine, likely a router or plasma cutter. Most likely a 1.5m x 3m CNC router.

I’ve watched every one of your videos from the very first when you bought a second hand DPD van. Your projects at times in fact all of the times have blown me away in what you aimed for. I’m not going to lie it’s been a long journey as a viewer too because I’ve been dying to see it completed. I often wonder what a Home Assistant system would look like in a van like this. I would tend to think if you're building it from scratch it would be nice to forgo WiFi IoT. I recall seeing an ambulance build where a guy used Home Assistant. I recall him showing his electronics cabinet, which had a lot going on. I think my big question is, what boards exist for this sort of thing? I'm thinking of scenarios like lights; you have an on/off physical switch and then the ability to turn the light on/off programmatically, so if you don't use WiFi (other than from your phone to the Home Assistant server), what is the ideal solution? I'm picturing something like Shelly 1, except instead of WiFi there's some wired alternative.

Van has turned out so amazing! So many great features in such a small space. It’s a shame that it didn’t have another meter of wheelbase so you could fit in a wet bath, but you had to make a choice with the space you had. I think you made great choices and you have a beautiful RV.

I love the idea of having the visual display of the plumbing, but I would put a protective cage around it. Why? You are going to damage that perfection, when you put things in that area. Best to protect it with some kind of surround.

How thick is the insulation in the container house? In the middle of designing a tiny house and want to keep the insulation minimal to get the most living area but also manage cold winters. As for the delivery maybe a cnc or something (I forget if you have one or not) or some other type of thing to make parts or more video related equipment maybe? Really hard to tell from a big box haha but looking forward to finding out

I am amazed at how much storage you have above the cab. It seems like, especially in the Rams, they have a small door and say they have plenty of room to store all their window coverings up there. Such a waste!! You have completely maximized that space! That slider for the fridge door was completely awesome. Was it 3D printed? I love that you don't have to open the cabinet door and then the fridge door separately! Are you still going to add the reclining chair? I haven't heard mention of it in a while.
