I remember the intro where Luka demolished the old house. The new one looks pretty cool. However, please don't forget to put in a locked fence around the pool to protect your little boys from accidental drowning. That and early swimming lessons. I've had nightmares about swimming pools ever since I had my kids. My youngest is about Luka's age.

Nice one mate & main tips would be to increase your surplus gradually (to avoid gaining excess fat) and lift heavy weights/PBs in the gym (to assist muscle gain)

Great vidio! When you are spending so much money on a house why are you skimping out when it comes to floors! You should follow Peter hannam carpentry. He has the right idea when it comes to second floors. Underfloor heating with a 50mm screed bed. Or just go block and beam. You should also think about how you are going to cool that house in the extreme heat we have had over the last couple of years. It's literally a greenhouse.
