Wow Panda got the moves 😂 or at least the look and what a clever little dog to be able to self select REVERSE 😁. Nice use of egg cartons too and the greenhouse bags 😉. I loved when the Mulberry berry fell off 😂😂😂😂😂, glad you didn’t waste it . First time I have noticed just how big your Skies are and the clouds , when taking in washing , amazing. Ahh poor Walter 😢 you definitely gotta get him a friend and yes a floating duck house will be perfect 👍🏻 make it a tad bigger and I maybe move in with Walter 😂😂, all looks fantastic as always Kayla and boys excitement at finding a Crayfish ? Priceless .

The plant where you planted watercress looks like cows parsley, it's a weed but does like the wetter parts of my garden.
@theyellowbootshomestead8 ай бұрын
Hey there:) Thanks for your input! I actually think it’s Garden Cress after more research. I know for sure it’s not cows parsley as we have that all over the land and the leaves are a little different up close. I went ahead and sprinkled seeds on the other side of the bed to confirm it’s from the seeds- will update in one of our next videos. Thanks again for your message:)

You can use softdrink bottles with the bottoms cut off to put on top of seed containers as small greenhouses. The tops can be taken off when hardening the plants off

You can also find some old glass windows or doors at tips and raise them on blocks and put the potted seeds underneath to sprout

@@theyellowbootshomestead I have to say its very curious, because at least one of them has an accent similar to the one in the "Beiras" region.

during the summer do u change to yellow sliders? lol 🙂
@theyellowbootshomestead8 ай бұрын
🤪 If I understand correctly, you mean out of yellow boots and into yellow sandals? It’s funny, the reason we named it the yellow boots homestead is because that first late spring and summer the boys constantly were wearing their yellow boots, so it will forever remind us of our first months of adventure, joy and childlike wonder:)

How did you get sick in winter. I have been here since March 20 and not ha a day off yet. Yes we have had the wettest winter so far and now plenty of water to see me through the coming warm summer. Even up here in the mountains it can still get hot, 33 or 92 f last week, a tad warmer than U.K. and dam site drier after what they have had in recent months. Here we have had 150% of our annual rainfall while parts of U.K. have had 300% of their total for the winter. You speak English, but the accent is elsewhere, America or maybe Canada and hubby could be local as not hear him much. A sheet of clear plastic over your seed pots will work better. Toms need 68 bottom heat to germinate within 3 days or can take a week if left in the house. I have been a gardener for a long time so ask if you need to know anything to help you.The more I listen the more I think Canada or northern states, but maybe lived in U.K. for a while. Enjoy it while you can as if the fools in the middle east do calm down then we are all up shit creek without a paddle.. Mulberrys must be nearly wrotten before you eat them.

Hey there, thanks for your advice for the seed starts:) I'm American and my husband in French. We were sick from a weird gastro bug that was making it's rounds in town. And yes, we loooove mulberries when they're ready...sooo delicious:) Take care and thanks for watchin!

@@theyellowbootshomestead Well you mean you had bad food at a take away. That's why I grow as much of my own as possible. So Mrs Yellow boots, how you like Europe in comparison with state side, very quite here, nu guns little robbery and no purse snatching 4 th safest country on the planet. No hurricanes and so far no tornadoes and about 70 years since the last quake. I have met and spoken with a few from across the pond and none so far want to go back. They all intend to stay. So enjoy before the muslims or Russians spoil it for all of us.

You've been doing LOTS of work. NOT tons of work. A ton is a weight of 2000lbs. Work is an action word it has no mass to it that can be weighted... I know there's so many youtubers using the word ton when they mean a lot of something... I try to tell them what I just told you, Well they must think I'm just an old man with nothing better to do with my time. But they still use the word tons instead of lots... Other than that it was a GREAT video. Thanks for sharing it....
