I'm a huge advocate for dirty kitchens, because if you cooked fried foods inside the house, the oil goes up all the way to the curtain tops aand if you leave it for years, you'll never get rid of the oil, you'll have to throw your curtains out. Here in Australia, I made an improvised outdoors kitchen,and I never worry about what I dropped on the floor or the oil splatters😊.

One dont bite on tuyo directly, a bite is supposed to be eaten with a scoop of rice to lessen the salty taste..but it is delicious to eat this way with a little vinegar..to taste..that's how it is savored in the early morning. The vinegar as well as the salty tuyo will awaken your day for any other activity to take in the morning.
