Merry Christmas Chris & Katie! You two work so well together, it seems like one or both are both are perfectionists. That’s a compliment not a dig. I guess I must have missed it in an earlier video how you did the water and electric, great job! Chris, I don’t know how you did all that lifting and climbing the ladder. Hats off to you. I will be waiting patiently for the next video. 😊🎄🎅

working is fine.. but you both need to take a few short breaks.. before a burnout comes.... so short break... could be a fishing trip.. or later on a hunting one.. that sorta stuff.

@lisaschuster2815Сағат бұрын
Of course we would all love to see new content…but considering they’ve worked their a$$es off for the last year..I think it’s great that they aren’t giving US new content but taking time for themselves….only an idiot would give them crap …I am guessing you don’t work like they do….

At the end they explain why ... parts delays from Lower 48 and holidays with family. Apparently, when the ordered materials didn't come in they decided to recap for those who haven't seen all the build videos. Tremendous work by just two people.

Roof poorly done, no double wood strapping, no any kind of ridge venting system..
@PVK52Сағат бұрын
The design is a "cold roof" with venting installed under the peak cap and connecting spaces running vertically under the roof sheathing, which is under the metal roofing. Earlier full videos showed both in detail. In its own video, Alaska's Cold Climate Housing Research Center (CCHRC) explains it, if you are that interested. Google it.
