Hello dear.... first of all many congratulations to both of you on this new move in your lives 🎉.... it's always a dream for every couple to name a place of their own and build it together with love...... just a few suggestions..... though false ceiling looks good but it's life is roughly 3-4 years after that it starts falling apart..... secondly, don't get floor tiles done so early.... let all the other work finish like walls, electricity fittings, plumbing work done and then do the floor tiles. .. we have faced this issue when getting g our work done ..... usually the men who come to do the work don't bother much and are not careful...... even if one tile breaks then it won't look good and getting everything done again is not feasible...... I hope you consider these points..... love that achievement smile on your and Nipun's happy face 😊

Usually with interior designer on board, 3D is made and finalised before work begins, wherein details to the T of how many shelf’s inside wardrobe,laminates, internal laminates, false ceiling,floor everything is decided…in your case it seems bit different

it's not a new contruction, hence we decided to get everything done from scratch. With a new construction, I am sure most of this would not be required
