as other have mentioned Harley , jobs like these the Oregon mulching blade 2 tooth prong , will save so much time mate £16 amazon its to heavy for the titian strimmer it will bog down , but may be ok on your other strimmer , yes relationship polite ness and smile will get you along way in life , also from the customer they trust you ,they value that more , and will often offer more jobs to you , rather than having a stranger on there property ,who they dont no ,swears whist on the job, great video many thanks for posting

Two great tip for business. 1 Be happy. 2 Be a nice guy. If prople enjoy your company and pick up on your positive energy they are much more likely to want you to work for them. Especially in a buisiness like gardening where its somewhat of a 'luxury' service. (As opposed to plumbers, locksmiths etc' so people are looking to have an enjoyable experience, not just get the job done as cheaply as possible. This experience includes any interaction they might have with you including quoting, discussions about the work, small talk etc. Especially for our more elderly clients who dont get out much!

I know you mentioned buying a wacker plate in a previous video, but I think you'd get more use out of a chipper mate! I bought a couple of tools when I first started purely because I THOUGHT i needed them. They soon got swapped for things I actually needed!

I bought an off brand wacker plate spare or repair for £40 and got to go after a carb clean! Runs mint and did the job I needed it for, not it's perfect for the small jobs I will be using it for. So for what i've got invested in that, it won't be worth selling. It would cost me more than that to rent one that the week!

Good job but should have included a wood chipper in the price & mulched any good stuff & placed it in the borders, not the buddleah or anything else that has invasive seeds 😃

I personally think this would have just drove the cost up massively. And by the time you go and collect the chipper from the higher place and bring it to the job side. I may as well just have done it the way I did. If I owned a little chipper that I could just throw on the trailer, then it would be a different story.

​@@HDGardenCare Harley, look into Hyundai, they do a Road Towable 4 inch Chipper for less than 2k Brand New. I'm sure they may do you a deal, considering that most of your power tools are Hyundai and you give them plenty of Free Advertising on your channel 🙂 Keep up the great rapport with your customers and people you hire and you will go far in business 👍

I have looked at the hyundai among many others. I'm spoilt for choice in this machinery department. I have tried reaching out to hyundai to sponsor the channel, and I never hurt anything back! I agree. Having a friendly attitude will get you a far away. Thanks for the comment.
