I really like this speedrun, but I after a while I tend to skip the white games. Also I would definitely check Sethu's recommendation on 2.Bc4 after the game starting at 30:16 (I don't love my position), but nice finish with Ne2+ - ah, it's 3.d3 Nc6, but I try to stay away from Nc6 when not forced.

For the first game, I thought C5 generally wasn't good against the stonewall?

I thought so too. Stonewall you don't want your opponent's knight to get in the center. In Aman's game, his knight crushes on e5. With c5, black has a hard time using the bishop to dislodge that knight / control e5.
