That's why I am not doing sleep training! Defensive independence, never heard about that, I thought the result of sleep training is learned helplessness. But defensive independence makes more sense❤ I'll read up on it. Thanks!

Love the content that you’re sharing but Please remove the music at the beginning and end of the video, or atleast turn it down, it’s way too loud, then when you speak, your voice is low so I keep having suddenly to turn the volume down & up myself as I go through your videos back to back. 💓
