I just love these types of ships; I'm building a pirate ship theme epoxy resin chess board set with the pirate chessmen I purchased from Amazon. I'm building a wooden 3-foot-long black pearl pirate ship with working interior lights and exterior lanterns. The epoxy resin wood planked chess board, will be built into the main deck of the black pearl. I enjoyed watching you construct the Santa Maria, Great video.

I wish I was experienced and talented in model ship building to know that being OCD in trying to make everything perfect isn't really needed to make a truly beautiful ship. I've two ships I have yet to complete because I am to hard on myself to let the imperfections pass me by.

I suspect your using contact cement, white glue, and hot glue from what I see. I would be interested in seeing your method of creating the hull pattern. Great job using minimal tools and supplies.

Amigo soy fanático de los barcos y siempre los realizaba con periodico. Pero me parecio muy bien el utilizar hojas de banano. No lo sabia y quedan muy estetico.
