Wonderful job !!! I build from scratch, too. I have built two Gulf Shrimp Boats from looking at the photos I took of the full sized boats. Super detailed too. Scale Set of Knives with hand carved wooden handles, towel holders, cabinets, sink, light fixtures, table, chairs, one inch long miniature square rigged sailing ship on a shelf . Clocks, radar Loran, fish finder, radio, horns, working winches, etc...etc...

It's quite a thing to build something like that. It is a whole other feat to film it all in time lapse and make it look like it was quick and easy. For me, every thing I build is a journey full of small mistakes and setbacks, sometimes a bad word or two before it finally gets done. Very Nice ship model.

To be honest, I am speechless. I love this technique!! I am going to give it a go. I have been looking for a way to build the Black Pearl, but have not like the old techniques. I built a wooden boat from a kit. So many tiny nails. So many tiny planks to bend. Tiny blocks for the rigging, very painstaking but in the end very satisfying.
