@@saulgoodman2018 just cause a builder knows what it is, doesn't mean they know how to do it the right way. you think builders just magically know how to do everything when they decide to become a builder? they have to learn stuff just like all of us.

@@daphnisnaith6496 You read my comment the wrong way. Most builder knows what they're doing and don't watch videos about it. A lot of homeowners watch these videos. We may know what flashing, but not everyone who is watching these kinds of videos knows.

@@saulgoodman2018 in a perfect world new builders have a master builder to teach them the proper technique for every skill. in reality there isn't always time for that. when the boss says get it done there isn't always time to show a new guy exactly how to do it. videos like this can help. good for a homeowner to know this, but more helpful to workers who need a refresher or to learn a new skill.
