To add to this, most of the bauxite mined in the world is classified as lateritic bauxite (a little under 90%). The rest is classified as karstic bauxite (around 10%) or tikhvinic bauxite (less than 1%)

You can put two solar/ small wind turbines on each rail post. It is also capable of running vertically and automatically clears voxels and objects that interfere with the track.
@agwing13062 күн бұрын
Not just vertically but sideways and upside down - I made an awesome rollercoaster ride with it! 😁

With a rail network, you can create a giant power grid that can ring the whole planet - just stick a couple turbines and solar panels on each rail post.

Laterite is a red, porous, clay-like soil that is rich in iron and aluminum: Appearance: Laterite is typically rusty-red in color due to its high iron oxide content. It can also be yellowish or brown, and when freshly broken, it is usually lighter in color. Composition: Laterite is made up of aluminum, silicon, and iron oxides, as well as crystalline phases like quartz, kaolinite, and hematite. Formation: Laterite is a residual product of rock decay that forms in hot, wet tropical areas. It is created when silica-rich components are leached out of the rock, leaving behind aluminum and iron hydroxides. Properties: Laterite is soft when freshly quarried, but hardens quickly when exposed to wet and dry conditions. This self-cementing property makes it resistant to weathering and suitable for use as a building brick. Uses: Laterite has been used as an iron ore and, in Cuba, as a source of nickel. Other names: Laterite is also known as latosol.

Some other interesting facts I found for you all. "Aluminium is the most abundant metal in the Earth’s crust (8.1%) but is rarely found uncombined in nature. It is usually found in minerals such as bauxite and cryolite. These minerals are aluminium silicates. Most commercially produced aluminium is extracted by the Hall-Héroult process. In this process aluminium oxide is dissolved in molten cryolite and then electrolytically reduced to pure aluminium. Making aluminium is very energy intensive. 5% of the electricity generated in the USA is used in aluminium production."

The best thing to do about power is to make solar and wind generation stations along your rail system. Each rail post has two hook ups for power so you can connect power stations along the rail system rather than building power at you base saving a bunch of space

you went and grabbed that medium Turbine = use it for the "Free" power. if anything, build small platforms to hold a turbine and stick them along the track attached to the poles. power for DAYZ!

Buen video. 😅 Bueno. Sin más... Saludos y gracias.

Your generator glitched through the ground due to the game rendering items/resources before the terrain leading to the game believed they are in mid-air where they begin to descend. Once the terrain loads in after the object starts falling it then gets stuck in the ground, and if you ever built a ramp under your vehicle you'll know that the object will just fall through the ground until it reaches solid ground again (usually the first cave layer)

Place a de cypher next to ruby. It collects better. I found that the red storm was by far hardest due to terrain, agressive plants, and storm itself visibility. I ended up using the train to as a mobile platform for ruby and de Cypher as i didnt need power and could send and call back from outside the storm. Also ended up linking train to the portal to decode it with power.
