Heck yah! Thank you. The XSE is pretty awesome also! TOM'S Racing makes some awesome stuff for the standard Corolla hatchbacks too! Hit us up on IG if you'd like more information.

This was fun to see. I spoke with some of you at Toyotafest each of the past 2 years and that was fun too. I must say that I like the look of the Apexi exhaust more and while I haven't heard the Tom's exhaust in person the Apexi is perfect IMO. I'm not a fan of the Tom's front bumper and grill in any way. My favorite pieces are the forged CF interior pieces. I love the look of those but the price is crazy to buy them, if they are even available. What's the latest update that you've done for the transfer case overheating?
@JustDriven2 ай бұрын
Thanks for checking out the video! We appreciate you dropping by to say hi at Toyotafest too. The sound of the A'PEXi exhaust is amazing. You can't really go wrong with an A'PEXi exhaust for any car! The styling on the TOM'S kit is polarizing for sure. We like it. It's distinctive and stands out in a crowd where most kits tend to look the same. We miss the days of the wild body kits and paint. The TOM'S and A'PEXi products can all be purchased through our website if you wish. We can give you quotes and estimated wait times. As for the the overheating...yah, we haven't been able to drop those temps enough. It seems no matter which avenue we took we couldn't keep them low enough on those track days. Just more pauses in between sessions.

@@JustDriven Do you have plans to try that transfer case cooling unit from 555 I believe it's called? Thanks for the tip on the parts through you guys too. I'll have to do a video with your hat that you guys gave me. 😍
@JustDrivenАй бұрын
We haven't been back to the track with this in over a year. We may dial things back and get down to why we loved this thing originally before all the show car parts. It's just tough at the moment with so many builds going on at the same time.
@jimsgaragetoysАй бұрын
@@JustDriven No doubt. I was reading about the 555 transfer case oil cooler that seems like a great option for owners that track their GRC.

We will check it out. Thanks for the tip.

Looks great other than the wheels which don't work with the package
@JustDriven4 ай бұрын
The wheels take some getting used to compared to others out there right now. Make no mistake when you see them in person it just works, but if it's not your taste you can always use something else!
@carlstrohm37854 ай бұрын
That front clip was a lot of work. Does Tom's even have a car to model off? I mean your guy could have made the whole thing in less time by the looks of it.
@JustDriven4 ай бұрын
It was a prototype piece and there were some things we wanted to get right. The official launch parts came out beautiful and we are happy to have been a part of it!
@carlstrohm37854 ай бұрын
@@JustDriven nicely done either way. It all looks good except the wing to me. That's just a little too much for my taste.
@JustDriven4 ай бұрын
The wing is also a prototype. TOM'S Racing Japan decided to go a different route. They have a V2 rear spoiler which takes the place of this version for worldwide release.

Do not like the look 😒
@JustDriven4 ай бұрын
It is a polarizing look for sure but we think it looks pretty rad. That's also a great thing about car culture, you can build something not everyone loves, but many will respect and can inspire others.
