I finished my 29g tank scape 😂 I had some issues but it did work out and looks good at least. But now I have a large build under my belt, I'm planning on getting a 55g tank and doing something a little bit more simple as far as hardscape, more plants this time, a few choice big rocks, less wood. But, I did it. My 1st planted scape. I learned a lot. Still need to learn more 😂 you guys make beautiful tanks. I sent my Mom a pic and her reply was "Wow!" 😮 that made me feel great 👍🏻 it meant I accomplished what I set out to do. Planted scapes aren't really something you see, I mean REALLY planted. Cheers!

Im taking my little sister to the local lake in our area with some fish traps. I have a spare 5 gallon tank laying around so we are gonna catch some fish and dig out some native water plants and put them in a tank. Hopefully we can get it done. Maybe you might want to try something similiar?

White Cloud Mountain Minnows (Tanichthys albonubes) are relatively small and hardy fish, making them a popular choice for nano tanks. However, even though they are small, they are active swimmers and do best in schools of at least 6-8 individuals. A 5-gallon tank, particularly a shallow one, is generally too small to provide the adequate swimming space and stable water conditions for a school of White Cloud Mountain Minnows. It’s recommended to keep them in a larger tank, typically 10 gallons or more, to ensure they have enough room to swim and to maintain better water quality. In a 5-gallon tank, you might want to consider smaller and less active species like a single Betta fish, shrimp, which would be more appropriate for that tank size. Always make sure to research the specific needs of any species you plan to keep to ensure they thrive in your care.
