Damn!!!!! This is the sickest weapon I’ve ever seen!! Had the pleasures of hanging onto Husky 500’s and Hondas but jeez I can feel the vibrations just looking at this! By far the most beautiful and sick machine which also has hues of early Deegan freestyle bikes, but damn, what a machine and hats off to your hard work, that exhaust is insane and just need to find a bottle if Silkoline Pro2 for that old school 2 stroke odour! And electric starter……well that’ll save a few ankles too. Honestly could not of hit the spot anymore, simply wow and certainly yes please!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Looks good. Don't forget to use some clear silicone on both ends of the silencer. It will leak oil out of the end cap and stinger crevices without it..

I use a small bead of gray hi temp silicone on the pipe end of the silencer / muffler to stop spooge from leaking out on the swingarm

What kind of camera are you using to make these videos? They are super clear quality.

For the parts where it’s just talking head, I am using a Canon M50 camera with the lens it came with. Sort of the middle of the road budget friendly lens. But all the slow motion stuff you see in the beginning or throughout the video is the same camera with a 50 mm lens. The 50 mm is great for super detailed shots. You have to use grey or black high temp RTV on the ends and over the threads. You don't use thread locker ! The RTV will not let the fasteners vibrate loose. You are going to get oily seepage on both ends and it will be dripping all over the swing arm . I guarantee it !

Your doing a really nice job on my motorcycle , don't forget to put a spark arrestor screen in the exhaust for me ; Please ! You know how it is in Commiefornia . Everything is Illegal and you have to abide by the rules . How much horsepower will I be getting from this engine in both modes and I would like maximum power as the default . Thanks again and what do I need to do to win this Monster ? I give you permission to grab a few Holeshots and Wheelie to the Finish line at your local tracks to make sure everything is dialed in properly and it is Jetted perfectly for all climates and altitudes . That's a beautiful machine , Hurry up ; I'm getting impatient .😂

I shortened my can on the KX250 and the rivets keep dying. I’ve replaced them once already plus the original when I shortened it. I think I need to find some steel rivets for longevity . They don’t carry them around here. Good thing I rarely ride that thing. I might need to move up to 1/4” rivets too. The holes are oblong now. Which means a new river gun too. I also want to shorten the kx450s can.

I am very curious for when that Pantera 600cc engine hits the market. The BRC used in this build doesn't have the best reputation out there. It appears to be hard to make it outperform a CR500 in peak power and more importantly it appears that often the power band is hard to be held really smooth. Ken Kaplan had a massive torque ditch in his power band and had to code out most of his top end power to get that hole out. I am not saying the Pantera engine will be immediately better but it's another shot so let's see what it brings.

@@mxrevival I personally still think the BRC is awesome. But I am curious for when you take it to the dyno, what numbers and shape it will produce. I guess in the end noone needs the peak power a 500 can have anyway. I personally really hope that the big MX series AMA and MXGP drop the 125 250 and 250 450 regulation. As far as I know especially in the 250 class it's hard to compete without an insanely overpowered expensive engine. So many smaller teams and privateers could be more competitive with a two stroke unit. And the big teams aren't gonna ditch their four strokes anyway.

This is a 2023 GasGas MC250 😍 BRC components are limited to the engine, some of its internals, and the silencer. These kids come with a head pipe to you, but we opted for a Credit, and went with one of the HYGGE cone pipes from our website. Hope that helps. And thanks for watching!

I don’t have any plans to Dyno this bike myself. Not sure where to find one but also BRC has already done it. The YZ500 version, cracked 70 hp with the stock CDI, and the same brand cone pipe 📈

@mxrevival I am tbe original owner of my 2010 Service Honda CR500AF. I have made some modifications to the motor. But, the absolute best modifications I have made to it is my suspension. Racetech gold valved forks and rear shock. I would gladly let a pro set my bike up for them. Let them ride and get used to it. Then allow them to do a comparison my bike vs thier own 450 4puke whatever it is.....

What life's all about bruh! Lol. Exceptional build (BIG $$$), had an 85 CR500 back in the 80's, fuckin' loved it! It was a hill climbing beast. Also, about a year ago I finished a 1985 CR250 resto. From crank up. Crate to nearly showroom, every nut and bolt, seal and cotter pin, etc. etc. Did my own dry blast, vapor blast, powder coat, etc, (nostalgia). I raced that bike pro back in 85-86 in California. Btw - I saw you on Cameron's channel (prayers) for the broke to built contest. i thought about that after the fact for my build but my build isn't quite at the level you boys are at. @@mxrevival
