Pro Tip to make clay on scorched earth get a whip to collect sand from small rocks and tame a high level equus and gather cactus sap and make huge amounts of clay on the road and you can also grind narcotic while you do it

I can confirm that snails will eat veggie cakes out of a trough, and other herbies won’t eat them for food unless they’re injured. So if you have a spot for a feeding trough nearby that can handle the snail feeding for you.

Building with Adobe is so underrated, ti's great for Greenhouses if you paint it pastel colors for a plaza-floor style design. I've always wanted to build one for a bunch of Lymantria, Aberrant Snails, Dung Beetles, Bees, etc.

The Morellatops and Therizino are really good at gathering cactus sap. But the best way is a chain saw. And also the Equus has an 80% weight reduction for cactus sap. If u have an Equus with decent weight u can ride around really fast and chain saw tons of sap and carry it easily with the Equus. Also as an added bonus the Equus has an 80% weight reduction for sand and clay, plus it's saddle is a mortar and pestle meaning u can harvest sap and sand and also make clay at the same time. Very efficient solo method

The best creature that can harvest catus sap well is the Morellatops. The chainsaw is better for getting the catus sap, and the Equus can reduce it by 80% in its inventory.

A neat trick to help you transfer off an inventory full of item or just emptying a vault of materials that weight a ton, you can simply place a Bag on the ground as if you were dropping all your inventory, then use the C key to crouch in it (it's really important that you don't move while doing all this) then you can start popcorning your whole inventory and all the bags will stay in position and wont move, then you can simply pick them all up with the F key. Try it out for yourselves !

Best place to tame snails is the cave near blue obelisk on Scorched. They spawn over cap and are tameable.

I just got a famtastic idea! What if you have a war with another ark tuber like jim or evo? You two build up your armies for like 2-3 episodes, and then duke it out to the death! You have to kill the survivor like chess sort of. I think that would amazing. If you do see and consider this, Only creatures aloud in boss arenas. So no Gigas or Titans.

Pro tip, you can tame the level 200+ Snails in the caves on Scorched. I had a couple and you only have to feed them every couple months if you pump straight food.

Looks great with the creatures and the layout. If you want a fire and forget farm you could use a dino storage v2 terminal on automate and have your beetles and snails in there passive producing and then the terminal will auto assign the fertilizer to the plots as it is produced :)

I would put an industrial cooker in there as well. That way you can make all the snail cake and s+ gardener/farmer (not sure which) soup you need right there. You also won't have to carry all those crops and berries very far if you just cook them in the same area and transfer them to a refrigerator nearby.

I've learned my lesson with shocking tranq darts and trans-ark shipping; it's better to build the product on the farming ark with a hasty chem bench/fabricator and putting those in the terminal...more efficient.

I made the mistake of thinking snails did not breed too!. I put them in a coral with my dung beetles being fed off of the auto trough, and put an auto feeding baby trough next to it. Set them on mating and took off wander so they would stay side by side, with an ovi set to wander in the same pen. I checked back a while later and nothing. I went off to get Wyvern eggs with the other oviraptors, and forgot about them. Later I went in to add weight to the leveled dung beetles, and the pen was full of snails I cryod them and the ones I put back out, I made sure to disable mating. Remembering how the Dodos took over the game in one of your very old videos, I did not turn the snails loose, but ended up building them their own cryo fridge.
