Building the Ultimate Station Wagon | 2021 Charger Magnum Hellcat | 1000HP Hellwagon | Pt 24

I started the process of cutting up both the Charger and the Trackhawk front subframes to make them one, I decided to use my plasma cutter to get around the intricate welds on the subframes. After they were both cut up I started the mock up process and was able to get the front differential and the driveshaft connected and ending up having to use a trackhawk electric power steering rack.

I think it’s funny he’s useing track hawk parts when he could’ve simply got the all wheel drive charger with the 5.7 L hemi and would’ve been a straight across parts exchange??

This is way better than all the other charger Magnum conversions I've seen. Dave actually physically went through every nut and bolt on this car, did all the math and science behind it, fabricated, sourced parts, did the bodywork, created his own parts, and is currently putting it all back together and painting it basically all himself. That takes alot of patience and skill to do, and its turning out amazing. Props to this man. Edit: Not to mention he's filming it all at the same time. Editing and uploading videos for us to watch.

Stag 90% aren't really conversions they are just mating the newer front end on the old body. Like you said here this is a true conversion done right. You can't beat someone that puts his heart and soul into building his own car from 2 separate cars and a Jeep.

Not sure if went with the single control arm or not but I would have stayed with the multi arm design. You'll have better steering feel, also when cornering hard you're camber won't change. But than again it's also just a highway cruiser
