What was that ... "third time lucky". Well, it wasn't luck, it was trial and error and persistence and so good to see that the roof turned out right this time. The way things are going, you'll be finished with the bodywork pretty soon and you can get onto mechanical stuff. It's going to great to see this hell-wagon driving down the road to SEMA. I have horrible luck painting cars in pieces. I have found I have to repaint them all together to get the metallics to all lay the same. The flop is always off or the amount of coats is just a tiny bit different so the shade is off.

Dave, I saw you had tape wrapped around the vacuum tubes. We use clay for aircraft application and it pulls a good vacuum. Something pliable like that works well.
