Building the Ultimate Station Wagon | Charger Magnum Hellcat | 1000HP Hellwagon | Pt 93

I was able to finally get my hands on a set of long tube headers for the Hellcat Magnum, and also upgrade some of the rear QA1 Hemi Joints and misalignment spacers.

The way them headers are welded-up makes for better flow, When they are welded on the bolt side you have the tube coming through the flange, then you have the gap from the tube & the flange I'm sure you understand what I'm talking about

Dave don't sacrifice doing it right...to get it done it is going to take what it takes....and believe me I know the feeling of being so close and the temptation to just get it done....if you don't have time to do it right the first time where are you going to find time to do it over..is what I had to keep telling myself...I have built a few cars in my time....not this indepth but a build is a build.....as I am working on my last build I am taking my time to get what I need.i am doing a 2000 dodge Dakota r/t with the hellcat drivetrain with a charger dash and console it's the old measure 30 times cut once thing getting heat/ac box to sit where it needs to be for the dash to along is tedious but hey I got more time than money.... keep up the great videos 👍👌✌️🇺🇲🇺🇸

Perfection is the way to go. Dave I love the way you take time to make it look and operate as they are supposed to. I hope you get it done so many people can bug Mopar and show them that you know how and what you are doing to promote their product but, with a new twist that goes way beyond the way they think. This Hellwagon reminds me of my own projects, spending a lot of time getting everything just right and it seems that progress is very slow with getting to the end. I suppose that comes from being a perfectionist and making sure everything is as good as it can be. But it can be frustrating at times with so much still to do. In the end though, the reward is well worth the effort. All the best from Queensland Australia.

You should hit up rich at magnaflow and see if he will make you some headers.... you should check out crown performance for the brakelines if I'm not mistaken they make custom brake lines also

I was wondering how you like your new lights in your shop. Where I work at has about the same ones flying saucer ones . They are Brite but after awhile you get used to them then you starting to think that they aren't really that Brite. We ending up on putting more up. I love how you getting your shop looking. Hooker Blackhearts? I know they make a "long tube" for the Gen III Hemi/Hellcat swaps into Rams/Dakotas etc Thats the reason i've never spent the $ on manifolds for my Dakota, based on my engine and the lack of aftermarket support for it. $700 for ceramic coated shorties that there's no dyno proof of how much power it actually made. Though for the claimed 8hp is that worth $700 plus the headache to install them? Whenever my stock manifold need replacing then I will but until then, i've saving up to buy them anyways just in case they decide to become "rare" lol.

Idk the tank I designed showed a volume of 29.74 gallons I doubt it's right because the stock tank is 16
