The headers look great. It's a pity the underside of the Z has so much room for a dual exhaust, it made that rest of the system too simple/straight. Great for performance, but it doesn't look as curvy/organic as the headers. Pity you can't see any of it off the lift.

10:00 In short, the 350z pedal should work just fine. In more detail: There will be no difference in the information the ECU sees/needs between the 350z or Hellcat pedals. DBW pedals have what is essentially the same as 2x Throttle Position Sensors in them. This is industry standard. They are just potentiometers (a device that varies resistance when rotated) that are used to create a voltage divider circuit (a voltage scaled in between the given high and low voltage). These have a 5V and 0V reference and give the ECU voltage in between those two that correlates to the position of the pedal (pressed / not pressed / somewhere in between). The reason there are two is for safety/redundancy. If one says not pressed and the other says floored, that's a problem. Which sensor is true? Safest thing is to give an error and do nothing. The Holley will allow you to calibrate both sensors for 0% and 100% pedal position / commanded throttle and the in between is linear. It will then have a calibration program that it will run on the throttle body to find 0% and 100% throttle opening. Then there will be a table for correlating pedal position to throttle opening which allows you to make low throttle drivability a bit nicer (more pedal movement at low % for less throttle opening so it's not so twitchy in parking lots), and usually a few others for things like opening rate and PID settings for how well it follows commanded position, which are more tuner level settings.
