it has been amazing to watch this video. i grew up nearby so i always went to the neighborhood this episode was inspired after (it's named urca, it's a very desired and expensive area of the city) and i'm seeing it with a whole new perspective watching someone analyze it for the first time. the build looks very good!!

You are a master with design. Love the walls by the Marine. One free tip, if you use the invisible road to the parking lot (L form to the middle) then you can place working parking lots (a mod). This way you don't see the vanilla road and working parking lots. Ps. I know the struggle with the boulders 😅

You can use invisible pathway and connect them with the tram station Tram line have invisible pathway as well i think you can connect with that
