Building Torsion Brackets @overlandingomar3952

Torsion brackets are the order of the day. Chassis flex or Flex in the chassis cannot be transferred to the habitation box. In this episode I begin fabricating the Torsion Brackets out of scrap pieces of 10mm thick steel. These are four of the six brackets that will be made. The first four are quite similar unlike the rear two. This is a continuation from the video where I explained I would be adopting the 'rail on rail' system to counter act chassis flex. Good work Om I don’t want to say you are a skilled fabricated in case it means 😜 but you are an excellent metal work fabricator 👍 yes a lot of repetitive work but necessary & time consuming I bet you enjoyed spraying the brackets most 😄 .. relaxing Well done getting there one step at a time Dad 👍👍👍

I first thought a zero torsion subframe 3-4 point would be what I needed. Then started seeing more of the ubolt spring or rail system subframe. What I haver learned is that I still don't know which one to use. But I do know ow I need to learn how to weld. 😊👍 Greetings from Florida by the way.
