But if he did group up with other people who did these type of things then they could possibly split that time In half and be more productive

Trying to do something like this in any area where it gets rain as soon as you dig 1 inch down you would come across dirt but instead of dirt it would most likely be mud because what are the odds that you take 2 months to build something like this and it doesn't rain 1 day and as soon as it rains it would ruin the entire thing.
