Excellent work as always Jeremy. The tilt of the building into the sand was inspirational. I was thinking that if the building was flat, it’d look a little Roman, but as soon as it was tilted, it changed everything. It would be interesting to consider how one could light this terrain to show the sun shining through the water above. Rippling blues and turquoise from a led strip might be interesting. Sebastian over at Atmoseeker uses DJ lights - there’s a specific “ripple” light that he’s used that looks interesting.

This looks like a great fantasy adventure setting. Encountering sahaguin off the coast of fantasy-Alexandria. Working with merfolk to unearth the elemental stone of Poseiden. Or even descending in the depths in your steampunk submersible to find the lost city of Atlantis and recover the tablets of Zoth-Ommog before the cultists get their hands on such forbidden knowledge!

You can always tell when Jeremy is having fun on a build. The plants and shells - the "set dressing" if you will - is what really gives the pieces the final push to being immersive terrain. That part is probably the hardest part - knowing when enough 'bits' are enough (and Jeremy is totally a master at that). As an aside, with upgrades to hobby space underway, wondering what the dimensions of that airbrush spray booth are.

Very , very cool... this summer , at a garage sale my daughter found a huge treasure trove of , Skulls and Shacles figures , rules , we later bought at another garage sale a ton of aquarium. " terrain " , dirt cheap as the guy in front of us bought the tank for a snake , but didn't want the other "crap"... DM Scotty had a good post on a zombie shark ... did that , now with this... l think it is time to drag thier party , ( when they are back from college), under the waves. Very cool , hope all the craziness we hear from north of the border isn't effecting you.

God DAYMN the tiny shells and weeds really brought that piece to a whole new level! What was that stuff you used as seaweed? The ones that you dipped in some watered down pva and draped it over the structure, looks SO useful! I guess one thing I might have fiddled with myself on these would have been the statue, I feel like it could have used to more grout or wear and tear. Really awesome project and I just love how it all POPS so well, keep them coming ♥

I’d love to see some shipwreck ruins done in this theme. What pirate run in doesn’t have sunken ship ruins? Maybe a dragon turtle took up residence and there’s a massive hole in the side

regarding Jade: Mix 3 parts white resin and 1 part translucent green resin (play with that ratio some to get jades of different depth / milkiness). You can then go over with (without primer) with a green wash and it comes out great.

As an independent seller of 3d prints I'd add to Jeremy's comments that if you see a model you want going over to Etsy and giving a search will usually yield some results. Sadly not archvillian as they've gone another way, but many sculptors license some of us to sell their prints.

Just FYI - the ink might be bleeding because the binder has been watered down by whatever you used to help it flow through the airbrush, the problem comes up with paints too, and it being a relatively thin coat really doesn't help. Plus, most decent pinky shades are quinacridone pigments which tend to stain and have a very strong tinting strength so it makes the problem even more obvious. Glaze mediums can really help, and make sure you give your inks a proper mix before using them to avoid separation And the ruins look real pretty too, I especially enjoy the King Shark statue

for You, as a GM, I think You can do more than one underwater adventure of D&D. try get heroes under spell to fall a realistic, underwater dream. Or set them on trip to find Atlantis-kind treasure. Or more advanced: some part of Atlantis start falling in to the sea, set team to find a way to save rest of the island/city... BTW: another geat pice of work!!

i was thinking of something that might be a fun challenge. blind bag build, get someone to fil a small bag or box with random stuff, and see what you can build from it. let it be a surprise for you as well. give yourself like a day max to build it so you can't take too long to think about it as well.
