I'm okay with being othered when I am the other. I am not okay with being othered at home in the United States. But as a Black woman I am othered in the most negative way in the U.S.A.

They do that because Spanish is their native tongue where they connect.. they know you’re not native, so they naturally revert to English because they don’t connect with you culturally.. it’s innocent.. ultimately

No other people but Blacks are challenged on their interpretations of their experience by Blacks and others it is a sad state(like we don't have the competency to be able to discern our experience) SMH White Worship is real.
