best video till date, i said this on many videos but this guy has raised the bar , Explained the whole house to its entirety. I know the space now as he knows. Best use of space and best used of materials. one cannot say this has 3 bedrooms with sperate restrooms, space is used really well. he doesn't use cheesy words to make the house or its materials feel rich or lavish, true to the work /Art of building or designing. The house is beautiful but few points I would like to share - Why 4 steps are added to move on same floor? In long run this becomes very troublesome. How about maintenance of central laminated glass? Safety from thieves, rain and thunders? Also it will give continuous light inside house. There is no option of restrict this light like we use curtains on windows.
