You have truly won as an architect. Very classy very stylish, raw yet the wow factor is there. The colour palate the greenery the stylish yet raw wooden furniture the sloping lawns in the front, the rain coming inside the house and still so many bedrooms, spacious balconies, the home theatre... This home packs a punch and is one of the best I have seen in this series. Very lucky owners. The best part of the video, the kids running up and down and in one scene the little one peeps at the camera. That is just super cute. A beautiful home. Best wishes to the owners. Do you only work for projects within Kerala?

There's a similar design building in Ahmedabad. It has featured in gujarati movies also. It's plot area is appx 2000 sq yards . 4 bhk, swimming pool amd 4500 sq ft carpet area construction.

That front design is my kind of design really loved it . But the leveled architecture with stairs, don't know , people with walking difficulty or old age or pregnant females may suffer to move around . Since accessibility for things required for daily routines are at distance , time for getting things done will be 10% to 20% higher than normal houses , cumulative effect over years is not suitable for someone who has somewhat busy life schedule or daily office workers The garage should have been in the front near to the gate , as the sole purpose of vehicle is moving from one place to another , so cumulative time spend maneuvering the vehicle around the house over the years not suitable for working class or people having daily office jobs. Video doesnot cover important factors like food waste management and dry waste management.
