Adjustable dumbbells are the best bet for anyone who is tight on space in their home or for anyone who can't spend $1,000 on a full set of traditional dumbbells. While a lot of companies feature a copious amount of plastic when constructing their bells, Ativafit crafted their adjustable dumbbells with mostly steel.
They offer multiple weight options, but these specific dumbbells will replace 12 pairs of traditional dumbbells with weights ranging from 11 pounds to 66 pounds in five-pound increments. The handles are ergonomically shaped and feature a rubber grip, the weight plates feature a flat base that allows you to use them for push-ups or burpees, and they're competitively priced.
