That knuckle is going to have to be replaced. You need a tapered seat drill bit for those tie rods. They seat on the shank (bare) part and thats what steers you. Just drilling it will allow it to spin in the seat and woller it out or loosen a non-castle nut.

i think you should get hoses rated for transmission fluid once you figure a nice trans cooler setup. i was told fuel line will break down
