do you have anything existing, or could you make something, that is capable of mounting a rifle (up to 10lbs) under the back seat of a RAM 1500?

I’m my 2017 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab, I just installed a DuHa under the seat storage container that I love, but I would love to have more things in the back, I wonder if I bought these and actually attached items to it if they would fit when I fold the seats back down? I know these would work fine without the under the seat storage container, and I really want to buy some of your products, but I hate to buy it and it not work. Maybe you could give some insight if you’ve ever seen anyone try it? Thanks a lot! Also, I love the Mille attachment for under the Ford trucks center console! I wish you guys made more stuff for Chevy trucks as well!

We unfortunately haven't tried that specific under seat storage compartment ourselves yet, so we can't say for sure whether they would both fit. It would really be dependent on the size of the gear you have mounted on our tech panel, and how much gear is in the compartment. Looking at photos of the product online, as long as your bin isn't stuffed to the brim, you should be able to find a clear spot for the tech panel where they work well together. We've experienced this exact situation with the Ford Maverick's built-in underseat storage, as long as the panel and compartment aren't both overstuffed, they work really well together. We always recommend giving it a shot - please let us know how it turns out!

I would like to know what the weight of the attachment does to the fabric/seat over time. Will it cause it to sag?

I've had the setup that you see in this video mounted for almost two years and when I remove the velcro panels, there's almost no sign that they were there. Only the carpet looking a little extra fluffy. After vacuuming, back like new.

Is this strong enough to hold say .... an AR pistol?

I've seen a number of people using them to hold things of that size and shape. Preferred configuration seems to be a large one and a medium one with straps/mounts of your choice.

BuiltRight Industries no it didn’t but it seems like your feelings got hurt since you felt the need to reply. I have actually purchased your products before and am very happy with them. I have two of the rear seat releases in both of my trucks. my comment is a very light hearted jab. go ahead and tell me you don’t need my business anymore if it makes you feel better.

@@Docstantinople Yikes, didn't mean to strike a chord - was only having a little fun and returning the jab in jest. I obviously misread the situation, so that's my bad. I'm glad to hear that you're happy with the products that you've purchased from us and although I don't 'need' any one customer, I certainly do appreciate them all.
