@Ancient 6.6 of course you can still be denied for being black...stop living in a fairytale. We dont want to legalize gay marriage because that's our constitution based on our religious stance. The hate crime against them is unwarranted so ppl should be punished but as far as marriage we dont want that here. Jamaica ain't the only country who has that law. Numerous countries including first world have that law. Dont get me started on countries that actually put them to death etc. Go to America if you have an issue with the laws of the country. I'm sure ud be in paradise there.

This is Buju Banton, nuff style! Big up to you Trevor, you’re already my fave host and I knew you had this in you to feature such a heavyweight as Buju so I’m not surprised. For those new to Buju Banton, this man is so humble and has learned so much in life and music and clearly just wants to share what has been revealed to him. I ask that you go digging in his extensive catalog and catch up to his journey. His sound has evolved over the years but he’s always been the “Voice of Jamaica.” | www.afrikanekt.com

Two of my favourite people in this world. Respect Buju. Your incarceration did not take anything away from you. It was a mere physical restriction. It's amazing how you live through some many years of lockdown and came out like a brand new creation and people are bawling over a few months of lockdown from covid. If they'd just be sensible about this then we wouldn't be caught in a dam spin. Kmdt. Keep it coming Trevor. Many blessings one and all.

Yes, because the African Diaspora movement to go main stream started this year, there’s a shift in people wanting to be on new grounds and to begin to open up more. England began this decades ago, though it’s still nowhere close to being a perfect place.

Why on earth was I not aware of Buju before? This man is so lucid and after listening to him speak for less than 5 minutes I already know this is the kind of person we should look up to. And as a musician, the way he speaks about the art is so uplifting and reassuring. Modern music desperately needs better representation of artists like this who not only take seriously, but revere their craft. These are the people who can make GOOD music, regardless of genre. So, thank you Trevor, for making me more aware :)
