She's tried that and doing so causes her to break her grip. Her hands just aren't big enough to do that and have good trigger control.

I now have a bit over 1000 rounds through the gun (1082, to be exact). I've had 8 fails - 4 of them were due to cheap ammo. The other four fails were me (limp wristing, I believe), at the early stages of ownership. I've even taken it to a class - an intermediate pistol course - and it performed extremely well. A con with this gun, for me, is that the grip is not as aggressive as I'd like. I struggle with the grip, sometimes. I've thought about getting the grip stippled, but I'm going to try different cheaper options first. I bought some Strike Bang Bands and installed one of them to give me some additional grip, but I haven't been to the range to test yet. Another con is the limited 1-year warranty. I'm not sure why the warranty is so short. I had to send the gun back to Bul Armory because the grip safety wasn't working. I was able to drop the hammer without touching the grip safety. I got it back not long ago and they've fixed the issue. They didn't explain what was broken but the did some work on the gun, as well as tuning it for me. I guess if I have further issues after the warranty expires, I'll be charged? Granted, I've only had that one issue. It's a great experience so far, though!

Anyone else having noticeable difficulty with reinserting the slide stop when reassembling their Bul Armory SAS II TAC 4.25 like me? Any suggestions is much appreciated. (Bul Armory customer service is failing to get back with me to assist me with the slide stop issue I'm experiencing.)

Like all 1911s I find it easiest to do it with the pistol perpendicular to the ground so that gravity doesn't move the link.

Aloha, Right now I have a MIE AIWB with side car. It fits well and only has got spots on the bottom of the holster. I’m looking for a good wedge to relieve that and push the grip more into my body for better concealment. I am trying to get a holster made for it by Black Arch. I love their Entrada line. Right now they only make one for the prodigy, so I’m trying to see if my light set up will work with that configuration or not.

@barotruma I really like my soft one I use but I want something more structured around the trigger guard. But I can legitimate not print with a tank top and soft slim gym shorts.

Makes me think a leather one would be way more comfortable than anything. I have a poly ones that's legitimately unbearable. Personally take it in to a range and try some out. I already wasted like 200 looking for a perfect one.

I bought a Tenicor Certum holster for mine. It will also fit my Tenicor Velo holster. I recently bought a Priority 1 holster for it - this holster is built for the SAS II UL, so it fits extremely well, but I bought the Tenicor holsters long (they are actually for Commander-sized 1911) and the gun works better with the longer holsters (this is typical with AIWB carrying).
