Bulanglang in Tagalog, dinengdeng in Ilocano is a mixed vegatable dish with grilled or fried fish and with salted fish sauce (bagoong) You can put more kinds of vegetables here but i chose this 4 veggies because for me the combination of this 4 is already perfect. Come on let's cook it.

1 kg sponge gourd (patola)
500 gms squash
500 gms squash flowers
100 gms lady finger (okra)
350 grams grilled milkfish
1/4 cup salted fish sauce (bagoong)
1 tsp seasoning granules
Good for 8 to 10 person

yes. you can put less kung ayaw sa patola Pag nabalatan naman kasi ang patola konti na lng natitira at ang family ko mahilig talaga sa gulay kaya dinadamihan ko
