I got some Phillips PAR Flood 25. When they dim they give this museum look as I can focus them on certain areas to highlight. I got some LED BR30 65 watts but these do not highlight at all... I am tired of having to get a ladder to change these as at least one will go out each year. What is the equivalent LED I can use?

PAR lamps give focused beams of light (less than 45 degrees), BR/ER/R gives wider beams. In the video one can see the two LED lamps on the left, the PAR20 gives a 25 degree beam and the BR30 gives a 90 degree flood beam.
