BULGARIA: FINAL CHAPTER | City of Ruse | Architectural Wonder | World Journey Continues

After many months across the country of Bulgaria,
it is time to continue onwards.
I complete the adventure with the furthest city to the north... Ruse.
Known for its outstanding architecture it is often called "Little Vienna."
My time here was spent aimlessly strolling the streets and
looking up and in aww.

I am from Ruse, and I have to say you are quite correct the city nowadays is quite rundown this is due to bad managment from local authorities in the past 70 years.
