One mistake: Poland lost battle of Cecora. It's the whole Polish-Turkish war, which was also unresolved. It's also author mistake, because Moldavia was a Polish vasal since 16th century, not 17th.

The worst thing is this, that when Poland-Lithuania helped Austria against the Turks, less than 100 years later Austria attacked Poland-Lithuania and took a lot of land. Fun fact: Probably if Poland-Lithuania had not helped Austria, Austria and half of Europe would speak Turkish.

Not Really, The Ottoman Empire is not that type of Empire who bothers making their Turkish Language spoken by everyone in their land, It's the reason Syria and Iraq still spoke Arabic Despite being Ottoman Territory for a long time, same with Greece and Bulgaria, also The Ottomans would have still decline, So Poland didn't really do much besides saving Vienna and Making The Ottoman's Fall faster

Actually Ukrainian Cossacks weren't glad of their alliance with Moskow starting from 1656, and changed side in 1658, bweing Polish allies, and in 1659 they have even crushed Muscovian forces (to 1721 russia's namew as Muscovia) in the battle of Konotop together with Poles and Tatars, but Poles have already started to negotiate with Muscovia, and divided Ukraine in 1667.
